I have been a parishioner of St. George Parish for the past 21 years. During this time I have filled many roles, such as First Grade Teacher, Religious Education teacher, a member of the Religious Education Board, a Sacristan, and Eucharistic Minister. My husband and I have been blessed with two wonderful daughters. Our oldest is starting her second year at Saint Xavier University and she is studying Music Education. Our youngest daughter just started her first year at Illinois State University and she is studying English Education. She also served as an altar server at St. George. I graduated from Saint Xavier with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and then went on to get my Masters in Special Education at Governors State University.
